Pla de Mallorca Debate Days: the Pla Facing Its Transformation

The Pla de Mallorca faces a series of challenges that put its survival as we know it today at stake. Water scarcity, competition for land use, loss of cultural identity, climate change, and crisis in the agricultural sector affect the people and territories that inhabit it. From the association Pla de Mallorca XXI, we invite you to a conference on October 30 and 31 at the Convent dels Dominics in Lloret de Vistalegre, to jointly discuss all these topics: territory, people, landscape, opportunities and challenges, and ultimately the future we want for the Pla. During these two days, we will present exhibitions and dialogues with more than twenty experts on various topics including rural and agricultural development, territory, environment and sustainability, society, culture and heritage, planning and territorial management. Admission is free. When reserving your ticket, you must indicate whether you want it for October 30 or 31 separately, or a combined ticket for both days.
