Es Baluard Museu d'Art Contemporani de Palma is Palma’s leading contemporary art museum, set within a dramatic fusion of a 16th‑century fortress and a modern extension. It houses over 800 works — many by Balearic and Spanish 20th‑ and 21st‑century artists — and presents rotating temporary exhibitions alongside educational programmes, a museum shop and café terraces overlooking the old town.
