TaPalma 2026 celebrates its 21st edition in Palma, establishing itself as one of the island's major gastronomic events. The tapas contest will take place on November 2 at the Palau de Congressos de Palma, while the gastronomic route will be held from November 4 to 8. This year, 42 restaurants are participating, offering creative proposals inspired by local and avant-garde cuisine.
