Can Vivot hosts the second session of Where Cinema and History Meet, a series that showcases films partially shot at Can Vivot and screens them in the same space where they were filmed. The second session is dedicated to Playa de Formentor (1964), directed by Germán Lorente and starring, among others, Margit Kocsis. The film takes us to Mallorca in the 1960s and offers a perspective on the tourism boom and the transformation of the island's landscape. Discussion with Marga Melià Rigo, Mallorcan film director, screenwriter, and producer, about the cinematic context of the time and the relationship between cinema and landscape.
