Latin Dance Sport World Championship

From November 20 to 22, 2026, Calvià will become the international benchmark for sports dance with the celebration of the WDSF World Championship Latin Adult, the World Sports Dance Championship in the Latin Adult category. The Palau d’Esports Melani Costa will host a competition that, for the first time, is held in Spain and will bring together some of the best couples in the world. For three days, Calvià will host a top-level international competition in the five disciplines that make up the Latin category: Samba, Cha-cha-cha, Rumba, Paso Doble, and Jive. The World Championship will allow the municipality to once again position itself on the international sports dance calendar and strengthen its capacity to host major events. One of the main sporting attractions will be the participation of Spaniards Guillem Pascual and Diandra Aniella, one of the leading couples on the international circuit, who will face the championship in front of the Mallorca audience with the aim of competing for the top positions.
