Parc Natural de s'Albufera de Mallorca is a 1,647-hectare protected wetland on Mallorca’s north coast centred on a visitor centre and a network of trails, boardwalks, bird hides and observation platforms that let you explore reedbeds, lagoons and meadows to observe a rich variety of resident and migratory wildlife.

What Makes It Special

An extensive, discreet system of bird hides and raised viewing platforms placed around shallow lagoons and reedbeds provides exceptional, low-impact viewing of waders, herons, marsh harriers and other migrating species at close range.

Insider Tips

Visit at dawn or late afternoon—especially during spring and autumn migration—check in at the visitor centre for maps and guided-walk times, bring binoculars and insect repellent, and be aware paths are uneven and the park is not wheelchair accessible.
