FLUFFY breakfast japanese pancakes brunch is a cosy, Instagram-friendly café on Carrer d'Andrea Doria in Palma’s Ponent neighbourhood, focused on Japanese-style soufflé pancakes served as part of a relaxed brunch menu alongside quality coffees and light savoury options.
What Makes It Special
The signature offering is the jiggly, souffle-style ‘fluffy’ pancakes — thick, cloud-like stacks presented warm with artful toppings (fresh fruit, cream or syrup) that are both visually striking and exceptionally airy in texture.
Insider Tips
Visit early at opening or midweek to avoid queues and limited seating; consider sharing plates so you can try a few pancake varieties, and pair them with a good coffee to balance the sweetness.
