Noti Specialty Coffee Roasters
Carrer de Josep Tous i Ferrer, 2, Centre, 07002 Palma, Illes Balears, Spain
Noti Specialty Coffee Roasters is a compact roastery-café in central Palma that specialises in freshly roasted single‑origin beans, carefully prepared espresso and filter brews, and a concise breakfast/takeaway offering in a minimalist, coffee-focused setting.
What Makes It Special
The shop sells beans roasted under the Noti name—easy to grab as retail bags—so you can take home the exact single‑origin or blend you enjoyed in your cup.
Insider Tips
Go in the morning for the freshest roast and pastries, ask the barista for a filter‑coffee recommendation or tasting note, and consider buying a bag of beans to enjoy later—seating is limited, so takeaway is a reliable option if it’s busy.
