Infinito Pizzeria Napoletana Alternativa is a compact, central Palma pizzeria on Plaça Alexandre Jaume that specialises in Neapolitan-style pizzas — thin, soft-centred bases with blistered crusts — served in a relaxed, casual setting ideal for a straightforward, authentic pizza meal.
What Makes It Special
The restaurant emphasises Neapolitan technique: hand-stretched dough baked at high temperatures to achieve the characteristic airy, leopard‑spotted crust; the 'Alternativa' name also suggests creative topping combinations alongside traditional classics.
Insider Tips
Reserve a table or arrive early for evening service to avoid waits; order a classic Margherita to taste the dough properly and pair it with a glass of Mallorcan wine or a cold beer for a local complement.
