Arrossería Paellas Palma is a casual Mediterranean/Spanish restaurant in central Palma that specialises in paellas and other rice dishes, operating from Carrer San Francisco de Sales with dine-in, takeaway and delivery options.
What Makes It Special
The kitchen prepares paellas to order in large pans meant for sharing, so meals are often served family-style—perfect for groups who want the theatrical presentation of a freshly finished pan with a crisp socarrat.
Insider Tips
Paellas need time to cook: reserve a table or pre-order your chosen paella several hours (or for large pans, the day) in advance; aim for early lunch or dinner to secure the most popular seafood pans and the best chance of a freshly made socarrat.
