Come and breathe with us to reset in this somatic experience. In this 2-hour workshop, we will use circular breathing and somatic movement to reconnect with the body. In our daily lives, we accumulate tension, unexpressed emotions, and stress in our bodies without realizing it. We only notice that our bodies feel tired and stiff, our minds race, and we can't rest or sleep well at night. But when we learn to listen to our bodies and breathe consciously, our bodies begin to release naturally. Therefore, we will explore the following during our time together on April 11th: Shaking & Unwinding to awaken the body's natural intelligence Gentle movements to release tension Guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system Integration time Sharing circle with tea and snacks No prior experience is necessary.
