Raïm Wine Fest - Wine and Gastronomy Workshop

VI DE LA TERRA MALLORCA · GASTRONOMIC EXPERIENCE WITH TOMEU ARBONA Vi de la Terra Mallorca is a PGI that represents more than 80 wineries across the island and a way of understanding wine closely linked to our territory, local varieties, and Mallorcan gastronomy. On the occasion of the Raïm Wine Fest Palma, which we will celebrate on October 24th, we are launching a space for gastronomic experiences where wine and Mallorcan cuisine go hand in hand. On this occasion, we will have Tomeu Arbona, who will propose two very special preparations: • End-of-week vegetable coca, paired with a white wine made in Algaida with the Giró Ros variety. • Brossat flaó with pumpkin and blood sausage, paired with a red wine made in Consell with the Mantonegro and Escursac varieties. An experience to taste Mallorca through its wines and gastronomy, discover the richness of our varieties, and enjoy pairings that connect cuisine, wine, and territory.
