Cursa Sa Murada Iberia Express by SER Runner

Palma - On Saturday, September 27, Palma will host a new edition of the "Cursa Sa Murada Iberia Express by SER Runner," a sporting, festive, and charitable event that has become one of the most anticipated events on the Balearic calendar. The race is in support of Amiticia, Aspaym, Asnimo, Máter Misericordiae, and the Amaranta Foundation thanks to Fundació La Caixa.
The race offers three categories: a 1,609-meter charity race open to the general public; a 5 km race for those over 12; and a 10 km race for those over 16. The race will start at Parc de la Mar, with routes that will pass by iconic spots in Palma's historic center and coastline. The charity race will begin at 7:00 PM, the 5 km race at 8:00 PM, and the 10 km race at 9:00 PM.

A truly prestigious sponsor

Esperanza Cladera, one of the most outstanding sprinters in Spanish athletics, will be the sponsor of this new edition. Her achievements include a silver medal won by the Spanish team in the 4x100m relay at the World Championships held last May in Guangzhou, China. Cladera, who is also the Spanish 200m indoor champion, will be attending the race after participating in the Tokyo World Championships, which are being held in Japan until September 21. This support reinforces the organization and social character of the event.
