WOW ROUTE - CHRONICLES OF MONTCARRÀ – Date: September 26, 2026 – Guide: Antoni Riera Maria-Antònia Oliver (Manacor, 1946) is one of the key authors of the so-called literary generation of the 70s. In “Chronicles of the Much Talked About City of Montcarrà” she builds the myth of Montcarrà to represent the mythical world of Manacor through a narrative style rich in vocabulary and expressions rooted in the village, with touches of magical realism, offering us a fascinating look at her hometown. We will make the tour just before the premiere of the show dedicated by the company La Fornal to a work by the author, ‘Chronicles of a Midsummer,’ linking with the showtime.
