Come Celebrate Christmas with the Orfeó de Mallorca! The Orfeó de Mallorca invites you once again to their traditional Christmas concert where you can listen to The Song of the Sibyl, the Angel's Song, and a beautiful collection of Christmas carols specially chosen to make this night magical. Together, we will welcome the Christmas festivities at the Temple of the Order of Malta. Located in the old area of La Llotja de Palma, this is a spiritual venue dating back to the 13th century and open to the public on very few occasions. With the voices of the Orfeó on stage under the direction and organ accompaniment of maestro Daniel Mulet, this concert offers a rich repertoire of the most popular Christmas carols. The audience will experience one of the most special and ancient moments of Christmas in Mallorca: the Song of the Sibyl, declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, which this year will be performed by soprano Núria Celeste. This performance, full of symbolic power, connects directly with Mallorcan roots and revives one of the oldest liturgical rituals of the Christmas calendar.
