The Grönholm Method is a satire about the world of personnel selection processes. Four candidates for a high-level position in one of the most prestigious multinational companies come together for the ultimate test. This follows a highly unconventional procedure: the Grönholm Method.
The candidates will face a series of cruel ‘games’ based on real personnel selection techniques. The absurd tests proposed by the company’s psychologists turn into a battle where fierceness and lack of scruples seem to have no limits. However, the first twist among many in the play is when it is revealed that one of the four is actually an employee of the company, whom they must identify.
