For years, decades, centuries, we have applauded actors, actresses, playwrights, set designs, directors… But we have forgotten a key piece of theatre: the audience.

This is a group therapeutic space dedicated to deepening self-awareness through a more conscious, sensitive, and respectful listening to the body. From a Gestalt and psycho-corporal approach, we will use music, movement, breathing, and sensitization exercises to become aware of those automatisms and tensions that keep us from living the present more fully. As we expand our capacity for bodily listening, we regain sensitivity and create space to recognize, feel, and attend to the sensations, emotions, and needs that inhabit us in a more authentic way. We offer a trauma-sensitive space, where we prioritize gentle and respectful work with individual rhythms, fostering an experience of safety, trust, and care. An invitation to return to the essentials, reclaiming the body as a source of information, regulation, and support. Only 2 spots left!! Limited spaces · Small and welcoming group Prior interview required More information and registration: ALEJANDRO 619 97 95 66 (WhatsApp)
